TINPLATE

Tinned products

Tinplate products are made using flat steel in coils or sheets, obtained through the tinning process of low-carbon cold-rolled mild steel using the electrolytic coating method. Both surfaces can be coated with the same or different amounts of tin. in-plated products can be made through continuous annealing (CA) or batch annealing (BA), single (SR) or double (DR) finishing processes. They are used for various industrial purposes, such as chemical cans, canned food cans, tomato paste, oil, cheese, beverage cans, jars, lids.

Cold rolled products

Our cold rolled products are made of flat steel, both in the form of coils and plates Our materials are obtained through a cold rolling process, followed by continuous annealing, (CA, BA), and tempering of previously hot-rolled flat steels and subsequently quenched and tempered with acid. Thanks to tandem cold rolling, our products exhibit uniform physical properties throughout the surface, resulting in exceptional smoothness, width and thickness distribution.

Galvanized products

Our galvanized products are manufactured by a process of hot dip and zinc coating on both surfaces of cold rolled flat steels or flat steels that have been subjected to an acid cleaning operation after hot rolling.
Our products meet the different specific characteristics required, such as coating with organic film, chrome-plating and/or oiling, depending on customer preference.

FILM BOPP TRADEUP

BOPP films, produced through the casting of polypropylene and subsequent stretching in transverse directions, exhibit excellent clarity, smooth surface, chemical and abrasion resistance. BOPP films also offer UV protection and an effective moisture barrier. Our extensive selection includes clear, metallic, white cavitate/pearl, crystalline, opaque, and solid white.

TRADEUP BOPP FILM FEATURES

• Our 5-layer BOPP is used to produce label films with varying gloss and density which impact yield. We also commercialize Films with a very high resistance to heat sealing.

Our BOPP films comply with all food approvals in accordance with CE and FDA regulations.

TRADEUP CPP FILM

CPP Film is a product derived from cast polypropylene, which can be classified into different categories depending on its use. It is commonly used in food and everyday packaging and other contexts, composite substrates, and heat-sealing materials, offering high transparency, good rigidity, thickness uniformity and low coefficient of friction, with excellent heat-sealing properties.

Aluminized CPP film, obtained through vacuum aluminization process, can be laminated with BOPP, BOPA and other high-end packaging substrates, such as tea, crispy snacks, biscuits, ensuring excellent adhesion to aluminum, high gloss, low opacity, low heat sealing temperature and strong moisture resistance.

Our CPP Films meet all food certifications in accordance with CE and FDA regulations.

FILM BOPET TRADEUP

BOPET Films, produced by melting polyethylene terephthalate and subsequent stretching in transverse directions, exhibit extraordinary transparency, good rigidity, a smooth surface and chemical and abrasion resistance. These Films are widely chosen for their ease of processing and ability to provide an effective oxygen barrier. BOPET films with primer are used to ensure better adhesion of ink, adhesive and metallisation to aluminium.

Our product range includes in-line coated Films, such as co-polyester and acrylic, as well as high quality commercial Films.
